The First Week of July

We have been busy this first week of July. I love this warm weather. Well, it's been hot but you won't hear me complain about it. I love summer time. It is the best time of year for us. Parker loves being outside. We have been going so much lately that now he's in the habit. He won't even hardly have his eyes open good & he'll say Mommy Go! So, we go.
Monday we went to Home Depot to pick out light fixtures for our new house. Then we went to Chick fil A. We went into the playground afterwards. Good uneventful mommy & son day.
Tuesday we went to Brookhighland pool with our friends the Riosa's. I don't know what I would do without their membership. We must get one next year for ourselves. The pool wears us out & Parker will get a good nap afterwards.Wednesday we went to see Planet 51 at Lee Branch with some friends. We were actually able to stay through the whole movie.

Here's our movie crew. We took up an entire row practically. The kids definitely out numbered the moms.

Thursday Parker started his new Kindermusik class. My friend Tasha led it at Children's. I am looking forward to Thursdays. Parker really loves music & this is going to be a great outlet for him. Ever since we got the CD from the class he's been calling everyone a "Mate". The theme for the seven weeks of class is Beach.. "ahoy there mates".

So what else do boys do on the weekends? They MOW! Parker is obsessed. He literally says constantly "IMOW, IMOW!"

Saturday we went back to the pool & we got to keep Austin.
